Frank Fragomene is the director of employee and labor relations at the Union of Concerned Scientists. Prior to joining UCS, Frank worked for 15 years at the American Federation of Government Employees, where he negotiated collective bargaining agreements and maintained labor management relationships. He has also served as a litigator on behalf of federal employees who faced illegal employment discrimination. Frank is a graduate of The Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law, and holds two bachelor's degrees from West Virginia University.
