Leonard I. Solondz

Leonard has spent more than 40 years in real estate development, during which time he has built and managed affordable housing for families and older adults. In addition, Leonard has master’s degrees in marine biology (CUNY, 1979), business (NYU, 1993) and epidemiology (Columbia Mailman School of Public Health, 2023) and is passionate about environmental justice. He has served on various not-for-profit boards and is an EMT with Millburn Short Hills Volunteer First Aid Squad since 2004. Leonard is a proud parent and grandparent who with his wife Renée lives in both New York and New Jersey.
