Building Community Resilience

Lessons from Frontline Leaders

Together with a cohort of representatives from frontline community organizations, we explore the challenges and opportunities for increasing adaptation in climate-impacted communities.

We find that communities are capable of building resilience, that they benefit from meaningful scientist-community partnerships, and that they may need adaptation professionals and policymakers to help remove barriers that hinder community sovereignty and success.
